Re: Dark Sparkle Guest DJ's at Club GOSSIP Saturday December 10th
Sun, December 11, 2005 - 11:27 AMDitto on the thanks, I had so much fun last night. I danced the entire time, which is always the sign of a good night. I loved the footage on the big video screen in the front room, too. While I had room-ADD a few times, I usually ended up going to the dark side in the front room.
I have one minor complaint, and let me preface this by saying I know it has nothing to do with the DJs or event organizers (after the major NWC debacle I got into after Hallowe'en...), but the guy at the door insisted I get an ink stamp. I know he's just doing his job, but I don't like hand stamps. I have very thin, sensitive skin which doesn't take ink being pressed on it very well. Plus I don't smoke so I never go in and out of a club, and I don't drink so I don't need proof that my ID was checked. I scrubbed the ink stamp with a Brillo pad last night and I still couldn't get that stuff off. I've washed my hands about ten times this morning and the ink stamp is still half there. I'm going to go slit my wrist to see if that will work in a minute...
